Who we are
CertifiedInstaller.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We operate a directory of OZEV-approved EV charger installers in the United Kingdom.

What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Enquiry form data
When you contact an installer through our site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, job type, and the message you submit. This is necessary to pass your enquiry to the relevant installer.
Installer listing data
If you are an EV charger installer, we hold your company name, trading name, address, phone number, email address, website URL, and accreditation numbers. Much of this is sourced from the publicly available OZEV-approved installer list.
Account data
If you create an account to claim or manage a listing, we collect your email address and a hashed password managed by Supabase Auth.
Usage data
We may collect anonymised data about how visitors use this site, including pages visited, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This data cannot identify you individually.
